The Winery: Founded in 1954 on the initiative of more than two hundred winemakers from the town, the Winery has established itself as one of the most qualified and significant associations in Monferrato, an area famous for its ancient tradition and the excellent quality of the wines produced. The company policy aimed at seeking the maximum qualitative result has set the processes on cutting-edge techniques; in particular, in recent years, important interventions have been made to modernize the structures throughout the company's production range, to process the grapes in a soft manner and guarantee "personalized" vinification of the types of grapes being processed. The remuneration of the grapes is highly diversified to motivate the contributing members to produce the best raw material. During the harvest, a careful selection of the grapes is carried out, combined with vinification carried out batch by batch, depending on the quality and the vineyards of origin. The company's production is typical of the area: Barbera d'Asti, Barbera del Monferrato, Grignolino d'Asti, Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato.
