The Pisco Capel Special Editiòn is a tribute to Rapa Cultura Nui. Carefully crafted from the Muscat grape variety, Capel Pisco manages to create an authenticity that reflects the spirit of an entire city in one bottle, with a unique design. Pisco Moai is composed of 30% Muscat grapes and 70% Pedro Jimenez and Torontel grapes. With its fruity and delicate aroma, it can be drunk pure or as the base of many cocktails. Pisco is the national alcoholic drink of Chile and Peru. It is a pure brandy, in which 6 to 7 kg of grapes are used to obtain one liter of Pisco. This Pisco is filled in a designer bottle shaped like an Easter Island statue, with smoked green glass. Produced by the Capel company in Chile.

Tasting Notes: Light gold in color, with a characteristic fruity scent and touch of oak. On the palate it is perfectly balanced, notes of fruit, wood, touch of nutmeg. With a long-lasting and soft finish.
 
The Distillery: Founded in 1938, it has 6000 hectares of land dedicated to the production of grapes for the production of pisco. The vineyards are located in the Elqui region, in the central-northern area of Chile, at an altitude of 20 to 200 meters above sea level. An uncontaminated area, characterized by a particularly favorable climate, with approximately 350 days of sunshine a year, and by a subsoil composed of earth, sand and rock which forces the roots to dig deep to find the humidity necessary for the development of grapes. Appearance, the latter which gives the grapes a particularly aromatic character, with a high sugar content: qualities of the raw material which allow us to obtain high quality final distillates.
