The Cellar: The Gruss family has been engaged in the production of quality wines since 1790. We are in Alsace, a region which, both culturally and oenologically, has many characteristics in common with Germany. The harvest is manual and the vinification is carried out in old oak barrels. The final result is the fruit of an interpretation attentive to the territory and faithful to traditions. Between the rows, the agronomic standards respected are those of organic farming, for which chemical substances are never used, but grassing is practiced and exclusively organic fertilizers are used. In full respect of the balance of nature, environment and ecosystem, we are thus able to harvest pure, valuable and concentrated grapes in all their organoleptic nuances. In the cellar, everything is aimed at respecting the main objective, so the peculiarities that the season and territory have been able to express in the bunches are made the most of.
