Japanese Blossom Gin was created to celebrate Hanami, a Japanese tradition in which the fall of the cherry blossoms and the change of season are celebrated.
The name Ukiyo refers to a state of mind that emphasizes living in the moment, completely detaching oneself from the difficulties of life.

Tasting Notes: Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin is perfectly transparent. The scent is characterized by intense aromatic notes of juniper, cherry blossoms and orange peel, on a background of violet, coriander and woody spices. On the palate it expresses delicacy and freshness from tasting. It is warm and enveloping, particularly soft and floral.
 
Cocktail: Perfect for preparing cocktails starting from the classic gin and tonic, excellent on its own.
 
The Distillery: The term ukiyo refers to a state of mind that emphasizes living in the moment, detached from the difficulties of life. Perfected through generations, we celebrate the purity of traditional Japanese distillation. Born in Kagoshima in the shadow of the Sakurajima volcano, our Gin is composed of a base of the traditional Japanese shōchū spirit. When redistilled, high-quality shōchū produces a more delicate gin that has a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel.
