Complici Rosé Wine - Rabino
Complici was born with the aim of uniting lovers of full-bodied, fruity red wines and lovers of fresh and floral white wines and offering them an opportunity to share a moment together. After a brief maceration of the grapes, fermentation takes place for a few weeks at a temperature of 15°C, to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the two vines. The wine is left to rest on the yeasts in a steel tank until spring and then bottled.

The Cellar: A story that begins in 1862 in Canale. The origins of the Rabino family date back to the Middle Ages, the settlement in the Roero, in the same lands that are still owned by the family today, followed their removal from the Alta Langa due to the frequent barbarian incursions. Wine production began in the mid-19th century with a small production reserved for family and friends: a passion that still did not represent a profit. Luigi Rabino, grandfather of the current owner and subsequent descendants, will then market the wines. Already during the period preceding the world wars, many of the varieties still produced were bottled. Sharing, overcoming difficult historical moments of the 20th century and increased demand have made the company today a Roero reality with diversified and almost fully self-sustainable production.
